The room was immaculately clean, and we appreciated having a microwave, a fridge, and a stovetop. the bed was very comfy, and there was even a bathtub. -the location was fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from an open-air museum. -It's conveniently close to restaurants, Christopher Newport University, and various stores.

We had a great time at this nice hotel with quick check-in and perfectly clean rooms.

This hotel was the absolute worst! Prostitution and filthy rooms at this location. The cleaning staff should be fired. I booked two rooms, one for my daughter and one for myself. When I took my daughter to her room, there were dirty pots and pans sitting on the ground outside of her room. When I got to my room, the walls were filthy with ketchup and jelly. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The bed sheets and comforter looked like they had bed bugs. I had to lay the towels, which looked fresh, on the bed and sleep on them. I could not wait for checkout. If I didn't reserve on this site, I would have cancelled and found another hotel. I was so exhausted after fly from VA to Jacksonville and then driving my daughter with her car up there for a training she had to attend. This will be my last time using Booked.net for this very reason. Paying for something before you even see the hotel or rooms. Pictures are very deceiving!

There was and error on day of arrival. Needed Friday to Sunday, not Thursday to Sunday. I was hoping to have Thursday credited back to me... Still no response to that question. Also room smell like cigarette smoke, and tub drain, drains slow.

I requested non smoking, when I get there I was informed that they did not honor requests for non smoking from this website only another site. As I drove around building looking for the lobby I saw a few people standing outside there room smoking and drinking.

The staff here are super helpful and really know their stuff. Plus, you don't have to stress about finding parking because it's free and right on site! 🅿️

Everything was fine at this great budget hotel. Location: the venue was near stores and restuarants and city center and tech center. It was relatively close to Viking Burger, serving fast food.

Loved every detail about our very nice 1 night stay here. "The staff were especially helpful throughout the day. "The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance from an open-air museum.

After we got to the room about an hour or so later the staff called me to find out if everything was to my satisfaction.

In the room we stayed we could hear the water running through the pipes, but when the staff called and I explained it to them they were willing to replace the room.
